




Take 2 is a lot of fun, but we take the commitment to you, your family and the rest of your life very seriously. That’s why Take 2 kids are required to attend every class—two nights a week for ten weeks.
Parents, you only need to attend half of the regular meetings, but your support, encouragement and active participation are essential to your child’s success. You’ll take part in interesting and insightful behavior and nutrition discussions. You’ll make and sample healthy snacks Kickin’ it in the Kitchen with our dietitian. You’ll learn about exercise while your kids get up and get moving. And in the end, you’ll help your entire family have a healthier outlook.
