Many of us were raised to eat everything we were given, and that left us with a full plate of problems when it came to healthy choices about food. At Take 2, our team of professionals helps kids clear everything up by changing the way they think about three key things:

Diets are set up for failure, and our curriculum is focused on life-changing success. How? By helping your family change its attitude toward eating.

Exercise
It doesn’t have to be a chore, and you don’t have to get sore. You just need to move. And two nights a week, we’ll get the kids going by getting their heart rate up for at least thirty minutes.

Learn to see food as fuel for a healthy body; get tips on the hows, whens and whys of eating; shop smart with your cart; and find a few fun and filling recipes. We’ll even help you out in the kitchen.
