Take 2 plays around with exercise.
  • Learn to be creative: walk up and down the stairs 5-10 times, use soup cans as dumbbells or run in place while watching your favorite TV show.
  • Get active during commercials: try doing sit-ups during the first commercial break, pushups during the second break, jumping jacks during the third break, etc., and see what happens!
  • Start an exercise journal: you’ll be surprised how much it helps you stay on track.
  • Make up games that get you moving, and make your parents play along.
